In 2016, he graduated with honours from the University of Padua, discussing a thesis in criminal procedure entitled 'The Continued Offence in the Executive Phase'.
He practised law in the office of lawyer Ivano Chiesa, dealing with trials for offences against the person and organised crime, as well as, in the execution phase of the sentence, surveillance proceedings, also of EU relevance.
In 2020, he obtained his professional qualification.
Since 2019, he has been working with the firm, where he specialised in corporate criminal law. Today he carries out an intense judicial activity, in the subjects of tax, bankruptcy, environmental and negligent offences, assisting Danilo Cilia in the defence of natural and legal persons involved in pending trials throughout Italy, some of which are well known in the judicial chronicles.
He also deals with anti-mafia prevention measures (Legislative Decree 159/2011), ensuring the defence of natural persons and companies involved, both as proponents and third parties, in the relevant proceedings.
